These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and babd88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the babd88 website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform" or "the Service").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the babd88 Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You are not acting on behalf of another person or legal entity.
• You have not previously had a babd88 account closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any such person employed by babd88 or its affiliated software providers.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

babd88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your identity, age, and address at any stage. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh, along with a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) calendar days of the request will result in account restriction until verification is complete.

Each player may hold one and only one babd88 account at any given time. If babd88 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — all secondary accounts will be closed immediately, and any balances or winnings in those accounts will be forfeited.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, nor permit any other person to access or use your account. babd88 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where such access occurred because you disclosed, shared, or failed to adequately protect your login details.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting babd88 support. Any remaining balance on a verified account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Accounts requested for closure on responsible gaming grounds will be subject to the self-exclusion provisions described in our Responsible Gaming policy.

babd88 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete verification, or receipt of a legally binding order from a competent authority.

babd88 processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed in the Player's account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the Player's own name. babd88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bKash numbers registered to another person, or any payment method that does not match the verified identity on the Player's babd88 account.

babd88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash or Nagad. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside babd88's control. Players are advised to check the applicable fee schedule with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If your account has not yet been fully verified, babd88 may place a hold on withdrawal requests until all required documents are submitted and approved. Approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes to several hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

Deposits made by a Player that cannot be matched to a completed game round or sports bet within seven (7) days of the deposit date may, at babd88's discretion, be returned to the originating payment method. Funds deposited in error should be reported to babd88 support immediately.

babd88 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it — and any associated winnings — can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:

• Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements.
• Live Casino table games (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi): 10% contribution.
• Sports Betting (pre-match and in-play): 100% contribution on single bets with odds of 1.50 or greater.
• Crash games (Spribe): 50% contribution.

Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers repeatedly, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("bonus arbitrage"), or employing any strategy intended to circumvent the spirit of a promotion — will have their bonus revoked and may have their account permanently closed.

babd88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any promotional offer that has been accepted and is actively in progress at the time of withdrawal will continue to be governed by the terms active at the time of acceptance.

All bets and game rounds on the babd88 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing the details of each bet or game stake before confirming. Requests to void or reverse a confirmed bet will not be accepted except where babd88 identifies a manifest technical error on its systems.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that affects the completion of a game round or sports bet, babd88 will endeavour to resolve the matter in accordance with the records held in its transaction logs. The outcome recorded in babd88's server logs will be considered the authoritative record of the transaction. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection during play.

For sports betting markets, babd88 follows industry-standard settlement rules applicable to cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Test matches), football, kabaddi, and other offered markets. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, babd88's specific market rules — as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform — will govern settlement. Stakes on void markets are typically returned to the Player's account balance.

babd88 reserves the right to suspend, limit, or refuse any bet at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of corrupt activity. Any winnings derived from bets placed with the benefit of inside information or in connection with fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

All content on the babd88 Platform — including but not limited to the babd88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, audio, and visual materials — is the property of babd88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the babd88 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any data mining, scraping, or automated extraction tools on the Platform; reverse-engineer or decompile any software components of the Platform; or use the babd88 brand or logo in any manner without prior written consent.

babd88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

babd88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their babd88 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit babd88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which babd88 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, babd88 and the Player agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of written notification by either party, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
